a very handsome pair of turn of the century American made ice skates, w striking yellow painted wood body, steel blades marked "Union HDW Co Torrington, Conn USA", and each skate bears one of the original 3 leather straps w iron buckles. the old paint has nice age and a pleasing patina. These skates date to circa 1890s. |
